The National Prosecuting Authority has provisionally withdrawn fraud and corruption charges against Brigadier Dineo Mokwele, Crime Intelligence head Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo and their co-accused. State prosecutors say the investigation is not yet complete. Mokwele's legal team expressed disappointment and rejected that, saying the investigation was already concluded.
