Judgement in the matter between Umkhonto weSizwe party and former National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) Advocate Shamila Batohi, has been reserved. The Umkhonto weSizwe party approached the Pretoria High Court in an urgent bid to block Advocate Batohi's pension payout.
