The Inkatha Freedom Party in eThekwini municipality will today boycott Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda's State of the City Address. Kaunda is expected to provide a detailed account of the Municipality's performance at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban.
