Identity fraud & identity theft may have been committed regarding Miss SA contestant

View descriptionShare

The Department of Home Affairs says it has found prima facie evidence that the woman registered as the mother of Miss SA contestant, Chidimma Adetshina, may have committed identity fraud and identity theft when registering Adetshina. In a statement released last night, Home Affairs Minister, Leon Schreiber says Adetshina could not have participated in the alleged unlawful actions of her mother, as she was an infant at the time, adding that an innocent South African mother suffered and could not register her child as a result of the alleged identity fraud. For their reaction to the findings, Elvis Presslin spoke to ATM spokesperson, Zama Ntshona
