ActionSA Member of Parliament, Dereleen James is expected to lay criminal charges against Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe at the Cape Town Central Police Station. The move follows allegations that the minister failed to declare luxury vehicles allegedly received from Chinese officials, raising serious questions about transparency and compliance with parliamentary disclosure rules. The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed she is facing charges, though no court date has been set. The ANC in the Western Cape has stepped up pressure for her immediate removal from office.
