The Democratic Alliance, DA will table the Western Cape Provincial Powers Bill to devolve national powers to the province. The party says the Bill was motivated by the national government's alleged failure or unwillingness to act in the best interests of the residents of the Western Cape. Bill will be deliberated by the Standing Committee next week.
