The Democratic Alliance has lodged a complaint with the South African Human Rights Commission against the City of Tshwane over the Bronkhorstspruit water crisis. The party says the city supplied water without chlorine for three weeks, without warning residents, leading to over 400 cases of serious illness, mostly children under four. The DA is now calling for Dr. Mayor Nasiphi Moya to resign, saying her admission of negligence is not enough. The party has also laid a criminal case. For more we spoke to  Ald Cilliers Brink, DA Tshwane Mayoral Candidate.
