The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg will today hear arguments against Operation Dudula, an organization accused of xenophobic and racist actions. The case, brought by Kopanang Africa Against Xenophobia, the South African Informal Traders Forum, the Inner City Federation and Abahlali BaseMjondolo alleges that Operation Dudula has engaged in unlawful conduct against foreign nationals.
