The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) in KwaZulu-Natal is outraged over the non-payment of municipal workers' salaries in Impendle. Workers are still waiting for their January salaries, which were due on the 23rd, and are facing financial hardship. COSATU is calling for immediate intervention and demands the full payment of outstanding salaries, saying the situation reflects poor governance and financial mismanagement.
