The Constitutional Court will today hear an application from the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) challenging the National Assembly's decision not to adopt the Independent Panel's Report on the Phala Phala scandal. The EFF argues that the decision was irrational and unlawful, violating constitutional provisions.
