The South African Human Rights Commission says it is concerned by the recent shooting at Walter Sisulu University, where one person was killed and three injured in a clash with security officials. The recent student protest echoes a similar incident last year at the same institution. The Commission is now questioning the safety of students at Institutions of higher education. Eastern Cape Police are investigating the fatal shooting.
