Child maintenance defaulters who fail to pay child support will now face blacklisting. This follows a new partnership between the Department of Justice and the Social Justice Foundation. With a staggering 70% of parents defaulting on payments within the first two years of a court order, the plan is to blacklist these defaulters with credit bureaus.
