The Durban High Court is today expected to sentence brothers Dylan and Ned Govender for attempted murder, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and common assault. In May, the accused were found not guilty on a charge of murder of Mondli Majola during the July civil unrest in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal in 2021.
