Episode Description:

In this episode of First Love, Dr. Robyn and Dr. Nathan Kassas uncover a profound revelation from the Valley of Berekah: God never intended His blessings to become emotional experiences disconnected from our relationship with Him.

Through Jehoshaphat's victory in 2 Chronicles 20, discover why the Valley of Blessing wasn't simply a place where God's people received something, but where they returned to acknowledge, thank, and worship the One who had delivered them.

When we celebrate what God has done without remaining connected to who He is, even the greatest blessing can become nothing more than an emotional novelty.

The blessing was never meant to replace the Blessor—it was meant to lead us deeper into worship of Him. The valley is not merely where you receive the blessing; it's where you become a blessing to God through your worship.

Scripture: 2 Chronicles 20:26
