Show Notes: In this episode, Dr. Robyn Kassas and Dr. Nathan Kassas return to the descent into the valley, asking whether God called you up or down. They explain that God takes you down the mountain to test what you have been given, mainly through resistance and stress. Using a cardiac stress test as an illustration, they show how pressure reveals what the heart cannot sustain, and they discuss how being stressed can become a coping mechanism. They introduce an acronym for stress: situation, trigger, response or reaction, exposure, selection, and strengthening. A family story about an audition illustrates responding rather than reacting. They also reframe repetition as another chance to hear God rather than judgment.

Hosts: Dr. Robyn Kassas and Dr. Nathan Kassas

Topics Covered: Descent Into the Valley, Called Up or Called Down, Resistance, Stress Test of the Heart, Stress as Coping Mechanism, Situation Trigger Response Exposure, Respond vs. React, Repetition as Another Chance
