The United States is now officially accusing Russia of war crimes in Ukraine. John Stolnis has the latest in our Correspondent Close-Up. We'll check in with Capitol Hill correspondent Linda Kenyon, who's been covering the confirmation hearings of Ketanji Brown Jackson for the U.S. Supreme Court.
