On Tuesday’s First Light, while President Trump asserted that it would be up to him to decide when coronavirus restrictions should be lifted several states are now joining together to decide for themselves as a region when the time will be right to start reopening businesses and schools again.  The pandemic is complicating recovery efforts  after a tornado outbreak ripped through parts of the south Sunday killing at  least 32 people.
