Interview with Ana Levin

View descriptionShare

In this episode, Pete speaks to Ana Laura Levin, all the way from the USA! Ana is an energy aligner, heart activator and brand translator.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Ana says she is in control most of the time but has had to learn that she can’t control everything and be in control all of the time.
  • Ana was born a feeler, from a young age she could feel emotions, nature and people. But as an adult she felt she had to almost bury this and kept on with life as many other people do. Until 7 years ago she just felt exhausted and asked herself the question ‘what is living like’?
  • What Ana does is help people get their energy aligned, so they can be healthier, happier and know that they are loved.
  • Ana has always loved animals, she even considered being a veterinarian. As an adult she really, really loves cats and their energy!
  • Translating is what Ana originally trained in but teaching is the career that Ana ended up doing. She wouldn’t describe it as her ‘calling’ it just kind of happened after working in a church nursery, she always liked children.
  • Respecting all children regardless of their background, values and views is of upmost importance to Ana. She is authoritative in the classroom but she also ensures the children know that they are cared for an are respected.
  • Ana believes that the educational system doesn’t accommodate all children. If a child wants to sit on the floor and it means they will work, why not let them work sitting on the floor?
  • After Ana asked herself the question of what is it like to live she had some difficult decisions to make. She got divorced, she quit her job and completely turned her life upside down. It was necessary in order for her new life to be born.
  • Ana is non-judgemental, she understands that she does not know peoples journeys and she can’t pretend to understand, it would be arrogant of her. She ‘understands that she does not understand’!
