Today Pete speaks to Michelle Anhang, a leadership and lifecoach from Toronto, Canada. They talk about the trauma she has faced in her life and how it fuelled her passion and outlook.

It was a number of things surrounding Michelle’s 45th birthday that lead her to seek recovery. She did talking therapy and also joined a counselling training class – this changed the direction of her life forever!

An avid lover of dance, reading and general decompression. Her sons, Eric and Zack, are her world, although they love to roll their eyes at her, particularly when she’s dancing!
