Only you have the power over your reactions. No one can make you feel a certain way. Take a step back and look at why you have reacted a certain way.
Some people find a negative in everything and it’s because as humans we carry so much with us. It’s like an oil filter, if everything has to go through a dirty filter it makes no difference how clean the oil is. We all interpret the same situation differently because we are all different.
