Today Pete speaks to Alison Trethewey-Smith, she lives in Kent in the UK. Her career originally was based in London in stockbroking but she has had many different directions since then.

An emotional episode; Alison talks about the start of her career, being a mother, the sudden illness of her husband and her journey to where she is now.

  • Her husband Tony was diagnosed with a brain tumour. It was an incredibly difficult time in her life only made easier by her beautiful son Thomas who sprinkled their lives with happiness in such a sad time. Sadly after multiple treatment options Tony lost his battle with cancer.

  • Alison discovered that she had years of programming that lead her to exhaustion and burnout. She had to spend time unlearning so many habits on her journey to health.
  • Alison’s fire in the belly is to have her own retreat. Where she can have people come and learn from her and have treatment from various practitioners she knows that can help them make their life the best it can be. To change people’s lives for the better.
