Sue is lucky since once she found her voice, she was able to use it to help others. It was a long journey. For six years, she went from being very anxious and lost to being a self-aware and optimistic individual. This experience motivated her to share her own story, so other people feel encouraged to move forward.
It’s very difficult to navigate life when you’re still haunted by your traumatic past. Sue experienced emotional abuse with her ex-partner. Her healing process was quite a tough journey that lasted for quite a long time. Freeing herself from the toxic attachment was just half the struggle. Redeeming yourself and finally making plans to attain what is meant for you can happen even after such burdens.
Sue values her relationship with God above all else. She believes that God did not and will not let anything bad happen to her. Everything is just part of life. For Sue, it’s clinging to her faith that made her vanish any doubts and strengthen her self-belief and self-worth.
