Kathryn Elliot's relationship with Alcohol began at a young age, and although she focused a huge amount of energy on improving her adult health by eating nutritionally rich foods, enjoying regular exercise and even training as a health coach, Kathryn had to eventually admit to herself that she was in fact a binge drinker.

It wasn't until 2019 and a breast cancer diagnosis that shook Kathryn to her core, that Kath decided to confront her demon and choose an alcohol free lifestyle.

Kathryn describes the journey as confronting, painful, overwhelming, exhausting and brutal but it was also empowering, loving and affirming.

This story inspired Kathryn to help others conquer their binge drinking habits and strive for a healthier relationship with Alcohol.... launching her coaching business - The Alcohol Mindset Coach.
