Democrat governors and Democrat mayors are refusing to lift a finger to stop rioting, violence and property damage in their cities.  At the same time, President Trump's poll numbers are improving.  And on balance, the Republican convention is bright, upbeat - and way better than many expected - especially Democrats, who got no bounce from their convention.
