Why is it that when Chief Justice Roberts follows what he thinks are "conservative principles", the result keeps turning out liberal?  Kurt is convinced that Roberts is actually bending his rulings in order to deliberately frustrate President Trump.  The only question is - what pretzel logic will the Chief Justice come up with next?  The Court Roberts pretends to love is being irreparably damaged in the process.
