 A 54-year-old guy in Ireland tried to get out of jury duty on Tuesday by telling the judge he was going away for the weekend . . . because he was in LOVE for the first time in his life.  And it actually worked.  The judge let him go.



   Jury selection, CCJ, yesterday.
   


   Man: I can’t serve; I’m away for weekend.
   

   Judge: We don’t sit at weekends.
   

   Man: I’m away till Monday. I’m 54, a bachelor & it’s my 1st time in love.
   

   Judge: Then you GO and you GO with my blessing.
