In 2020, as lockdowns kicked in and people started working from home, the number of Australians using Zoom increased 54-fold. In that year alone, there were more than 800 million Zoom meetings in Asia/Pacific. The company's share price boomed, and Zoom became synonymous with video conferencing.
But as we returned to the office, the share price came back down to earth, and Zoom is now reinventing itself.
