The housing market comes out of its summer hibernation after the public holiday this week, and it appears the downturn in prices is losing momentum. Domain’s Quarterly House Price Report - which is out today - shows an easing pace of decline in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra, and prices stabilising in Melbourne, Adelaide and Hobart.
