Kamala Harris is all but guaranteed to be the Democrats' candidate to take on Donald Trump, after receiving Joe Biden's endorsment and the support of her potential rivals within the party. Add in the $US81 million her campaign raised in just one day, and the Democrats are suddenly reinvigorated after weeks of uncertainty. But will it be enough?
