Charlie Sykes said Wisconsin is likely to be decided by a very small margin again, but he sees Democrats with an edge because of the political environment, higher engagement, and Republican weakness in the state’s rural areas and suburbs, especially as issues like tariffs and gas prices hurt farmers and voters.
