This week, I’m joined by Monica Upton, the founder of luxury leather bag brand, Vestirsi. While climbing the ranks in Mecca’s PR department, Monica noticed a gap in the market for a leather work bag that was functional, stylish and high quality.  A couple of trips to Italy later (with one being on her honeymoon!), 10 styles and a carefully thought-out launch plan, Monica launched her first Vestirsi handbags and had instant success. I chat to Monica about how her time at Mecca assisted with starting her own brand, how she created a successful launch from the get-go and how to stand out as a new brand trying to break through the noise.
