The market for organic crops continues to grow, but many of us may wonder if it’s worth the time, money and risk to devote all or some of our acres to making the switch. This week I visit with an Iowa farmer who did convert his acres to organic corn, beans and more. We discuss what all of us should consider when it comes to changes in production, marketing and labor. It could be a very good fit for some farmers.
