NDHSAA Executive Director, Matt Fetsch and Fargodome General Manager, Rob Sobolik sit down with Jack Michaels and discuss how they are navigating the COVID-19 Pandemic with respect to their different positions of leadership.

Matt talks about how they have been able to accomplish having many sports being played this fall and looks ahead to what the winter sports seasons may bring.

Rob takes us behind the scenes of what it’s like to operate a successful venue, only to have to adjust to the pandemic, and also what the light at the end of the tunnel may look like for 2021.
