Safina Nabi is a full-time, independent multimedia journalist from South Asia based in Kashmir. She writes about gender, health, human rights, social justice, development, and the environment. She won the Fetisov Journalism Award and Laadli Media Award in 2023 for her year-long investigation about the property rights of “Half widows” from different parts of Kashmir which raised important questions about the rights of women and the role of government, society, and legal structures when it comes to women and their rights to property in disturbed regions.

F-रेटेड इंटरव्यूह में आगे बढ़ते हुए हम पहुंच चुके हैं अपने पांचवें एपिसोड में जहां इस बार हमारे साथ हैं एक ऐसी पत्रकार जो कभी किसी न्यूज़रूम या एडिटोरियल मीटिंग का हिस्सा नहीं रही. उनके लिए स्वतंत्र पत्रकारिता ही वो रास्ता है जिसके ज़रिए वो अपनी बात अपने दम पर रख सकती हैं. आइए इस एपिसोड में मिलते हैं सफ़ीना नबी, जो कश्मीर में अपने लोगों के बीच पत्रकारिता करने के अपने अनुभवों और उसकी चुनौतियों के बारे में खुलकर हमसे बात कर रही हैं.
