The San Bernardino County Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation (CASE) was formed in 2009 as an initiative by the District Attorney’s Office who saw the need to recognize children involved in commercial sexual exploitation as victims instead of criminals.
Angel Magallanes, Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation Coordinator with Children’s Network of San Bernardino County, came on the program to talk about how C.A.S.E. is working to illuminate the human trafficking element in Southern California and help the children being exploited.
January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month and the Children’s Network and C.A.S.E. will be sharing important information with the public during the event.
