Jeff Clayton is the Executive Director of the American Bail Coalition, a trade organization comprised of national bail insurance companies that are responsible for underwriting criminal bail bonds throughout the U.S.

Mr. Clayton came on the program to update us on the latest developments relating to bail reform and California Senate Bill 10 (SB10).

California Senate Bill 10, which would have abolished cash bail, has been put on hold for the time being.
