The Inland Empire Father Involvement Coalition is a program made up of San Bernardino County departments along with community and faith based organizations who pull resources, services, and expertise together to reduce father absenteeism and support father engagement.

Juan Solis, the San Bernardino County Children’s Network Father Engagement Coordinator for Inland Empire Father Involvement Coalition (IEFIC) came on the program to talk about how the coalition’s father specific programs helps nurture and guide fathers.

Juan also invited those interested to attend the 3rd annual Inland Empire Fatherhood Conference to be held August 17th at San Bernardino Valley College.
