Rancho Damacitas Children & Family Services was founded in 1983 in Temecula. It started as a foster home for young girls removed from their homes due to severe abuse and neglect.
Over the years Rancho Damacitas transitioned the residential campus from serving foster youth to serving struggling single mothers with young children through the Empowerment Village Program.
The program helps homeless single moms with young children by providing them with housing and work assistance to get them off the streets while helping them build accountability, financial stability and faith in themselves.
