Hurricane Florence was downgraded to Category 2 overnight, but forecasters and government officials warn that the massive storm is still dangerous. It's still expected to bring 20 to 35 inches of rain and high winds to coastal areas of North and South Carolina over the next couple of days. Inland areas will be drenched as well.
