The National Hurricane Center  is reporting SQUALLY RAIN BANDS WITH TROPICAL-STORM-FORCE WINDS MOVING ONSHORE OF THE OUTER BANKS OF NORTH CAROLINA. It is still a category 2 storm and Florence's eye was located about 170 miles east-southeast of Wilmington, North Carolina, moving northwestward.
