The use of psychedelic medicine to treat mental illness is nothing new, but just last year the Federal Government announced it will pour millions into clinical trials using the likes of magic mushrooms for treatments. Entrepreneur Tania De Jong AM is the co-founder of Mind Medicine Australia and discusses the history of psychedelic therapy, current research, cultural barriers and the current TGA stance.
