Be Free Adaptive Clothing Co-Founders Joanne DiCamillo and Nicole Puzzo On Exceptional Women

View descriptionShare

Sue and Kendra talked with Joanne DiCamillo and Nicole Puzzo, co-creators of BE FREE ADAPTIVE CLOTHING. Be Free Adaptive Clothing is a stylish and functional solution for those with limited mobility. Their zipOn pants are designed to accommodate casts, braces and other medical equipment, making them ideal for post surgery and injury recovery for both children and adults. The inspiration for zipOns came from Nicole’s daughter Stella, who has cerebral palsy. At the age of 5, Stella underwent hip surgery and was in double leg casts for three months. Nicole realized there was no clothing on the market to accommodate her and so she decided to make her own.
