In the latest episode of #ExtraTime - where we bring you the news, views and interviews with the women and men shaping the world of sport - we catch up with SA hockey goalkeeper Phumelela Mbande.

27-year-old Mbande is a chartered accountant and has been a part of the national team since 2012, and has established herself as one of the best goalkeepers the country has produced. She won a player of the match award at the 2018 Hockey World Cup, against Argentina, and achievement she says kept her in sport.
