Embattled ANCWL president Bathabile Dlamini responded to ANC treasurer general Paul Mashatile’s comments on 702 on Tuesday for her to resign following her guilty verdict on perjury allegations. 

Dlamini says calls for her to step aside are premeditated and accused her party of trying to ensure the league is dead by the time the ruling party's December elective conference rolls in.
