"A farmer who plants just a few seeds will only get a small crop, but if he plants much, he will reap much."
2 Corinthians 9:6
What are you holding on to that God might be asking you to release?
In this reflection episode, Ash explores the powerful connection between generosity and trust. While this verse is often misunderstood as a conversation about building wealth, Paul is actually teaching something much deeper: generosity is an act of faith.
Whether it's our money, time, resources, encouragement, or availability, generosity always costs us something. It requires us to loosen our grip on what feels safe and trust that God is able to provide what we need.
Ash shares her own journey of wrestling with generosity and tithing, the fear of not having enough, and the surprising freedom that came from trusting God with what she was holding most tightly. Because often the greatest harvest isn't what comes back to us. It's what God does within us.
As you listen, take some time to reflect on the areas where trust feels difficult and allow God to speak into the places where fear, control, or self-reliance may have taken root.
This episode includes guided reflection questions and prayer to help you grow in generosity, trust God's provision, and discover the freedom that comes from surrender.
