Two true American muscle cars which are priced in the same range as a well equiped Golf GTI Clubsport or Golf R…… The mid engined Corvette (…) with quick shifting dual clutch automatic gearbox and close to 500 horsepower versus the manual 6 speed 'stickshift' Mustang with flat-plane cranck V8 delivering 526 PS. Both cars cars have very low milage and retailing for just over US $75.000,- and to be honest that's a steal!

The enthousiasm for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) cooled down a little in the last couple of years. Rolls Royce was however the first to introduce a super luxury vehicle with a big battery. The Brits were going all-in with the Spectre in 2024, instant power with 585 PS and 900 Nm of torque.

They also just launched the renewed Ghost II with its magnificant 6.75 l twin turbo V12 with a lazy 563 pk and 850 Nm of torque which they further enhanced to make it if more  seamless.

An electric Rolls or a petrol one: the  Rolls Royce Ghost II versus Rolls Royce Spectre

Two very diferent supercars, one is the true Grand Tourismo with one of the rare twin turbo V12's left on the planet. The V12 is churning out 835 PS and 1000 Nm of torque,  the other is very sporty 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 with 750 PS and 800 Nm of torque.

Both supercars are built by F1 teams, who still loose money while doing it. Which one makes the more interesting roadcar which gets under your skin?
