Rivoni training and Communications is an organisation dedicated to assisting wheelchair users with services, maintenance and training on how to repair wheelchairs. The organisation has established an NGO within itself, called Chair on Wheels where it collaborates with wheelchair users and people with disabilities to empower them with skills and training to be wheelchair technicians, with the aim of creating job opportunities. To tell us more about this we are joined by, Hector Sigidi, Rivoni Training N Communications Director, Chair on Wheels Founder and two directors  of Chair on Wheels Zachairia Mashishi and Thami Mankekeza.
