In light of the increasing number of mass shootings recently, on tonight’s edition of Crime Time we will be looking at how the police are addressing this problem. With multiple incidents occurring across the country, the challengeforlaw enforcement has never been more urgent. Despite strong efforts to prevent these incidents and access to guns, the use of illegal firearms has escalated, leaving many communities devastated by these tragic events. We’ll be joined by David Bruce, a policing expert from the Institute for Security Studies, to explore how the police can address gun crime more effectively.
