It's been a little over a year since Cecil's been by...after Alex had held out on introducing us. 

Cecil's youth oriented Empowering Minds program returns later this month. What he learned from the kids last year, and changes to this year's programming, that will run thru June.

I also wanted him to talk about the mental health aspects of the brief Tik Tok ban.
