Took me too long to get Rob Pasker in here.

He made a run at council last fall and he's a prominent local realtor. I read some of his quotes from his talk at Rotary a few weeks ago and wanted to get him in here to offer some possible solutions and definitely some clarity to what we can safely call a housing crisis in Toledo.
